Power Pack customer service: When some customer use the machine at the first few times, the water appears yellow or black colour is normal. The reason for this issue is that some filters are harder to clean than other due to the differing carbon compositions inside the filter. Please click here for the solution.

Power Pack customer service: Every 2-3 months, customer need to follow the manual book to do the maintenance, it involve: clean the both tank, inside stainless steel tank, wash the white nuts, wash the check valve. etc. If customer do no do maintenance, it is the main cause for leaking.  Please refer to the manual book for maintenance or fix the problem.  Or please click here for leaking issue.
